We were excited to exhibit at ASM Microbe 2026 (https://www.seqsight.com/asm-microbe-2026/), held June 4–7, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. From Booth #1320, the seqSight team ran live demonstrations of microCafe.ai, showing how our platform analyzes 16S and metagenomic datasets, from raw sequences to publication-ready results.
Our team also delivered three in-booth presentations on agentic AI for biomarker discovery, scalable cloud-native metagenomics, and targeted genomic language models for precision 16S and metagenomics profiling.
