We are seeking a full-time Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain software supporting seqSight's core products and internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop back-end services and scalable software systems
- Integrate data sources, databases, and APIs
- Build and maintain cloud-computing infrastructure
- Implement and deploy AI and machine-learning models
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Debug and optimize existing applications
- Contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews
- Collaborate with product, data, and scientific teams to translate research methods into reliable software products
Requirements
- Experience developing back-end services and scalable software systems
- Experience integrating data sources, databases, and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud-computing infrastructure
- Experience implementing and deploying AI/ML models
